International Board of Distinguished ADR Professionals

 
International Board of Distinguished ADR Professionals of the Center for Mediation and Law was established to unite leading mediators, lawyers and ADR experts with excellent reputation and authority in the professional community.
 

The Board includes the following members:

Kenneth Feinberg, Special Master for TARP Executive Compensation, administrator of the BP Deepwater Horizon Disaster Victim Compensation Fund, Adjunct Professor of Columbia University School of Law and several other universities.

Jay Folberg, JAMS mediator, Professor Emeritus and former Dean of the University of San Francisco School of Law.

Michael Lewis, JAMS mediator, senior associate at the Center for Dispute Settlement.

Lela Love, Professor of Benjamin Cardozo School of Law, Director of Kukin Program for Conflict Resolution and the Cardozo Mediation Clinic.

Karl Mackie, CBE, Mediator and Chief Executive of CEDR, former Honorary Professor Universities of Birmingham and Westminster.

Linda Singer, JAMS mediator, President of the Center for Dispute Settlement.

Lawrence Susskind, Professor of MIT, Founder and Director of the Consensus Building Institute, founding member of Harvard Negotiation Project.

William Ury, mediator, author of classical books on the theory and practice of negotiation, founding member of Harvard Negotiation Project.

Diana Wallis, former vice-president of the European Parliament.

Daniel Weinstein, JAMS mediator, professor of Stanford University, one of the premier mediators of complex, multi-party, high-stake cases.

Aleš Zalar, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Slovenia, founding member of the International Association for Court Administration.
